Ron focuses on all aspects of Sandy Hill’s activities in the healthcare industry including transaction process management, deal origination, capital sourcing, transaction negotiations, and documentation. From 2000-2008, Mr. Lehman worked for various Bruderman entities as a buy and sell-side advisor, and as a principal in several private equity transactions.

 

In 2008, Ron joined Health Diagnostics, LLC, one of the country's fastest growing diagnostic imaging providers, as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, where he managed the company's acquisition and corporate finance activities.

 

Ron returned to Bruderman Brothers in 2010 to lead the firm's investment banking efforts, which focused on transactions in the healthcare services and IT sectors. Ron is a graduate of Columbia University, holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses and has been a member of the board of directors for Fonar Corporation (NASD: Fonr).
